The Sweetest Peach
i‘m a makup addict and hoarder. i probably have way too much in my collection and probably more than you’ll ever need but i just love it. there are a few thing that make me weak and one of them is eyeshadow palettes. whenever i see a new one i have to add it into my collection. it just sucks me in. i like having the choice when it comes to eyeshadows which is why i usually don’t go for singles or quads. the more colours, the more inspired i get and palettes challenge me to get out of my comfort zone. one of my favourite eyeshadow brand which i’m still fairly new to is too faced. since they aren’t available where i live i only got my hands on their chocolate bar palettes when i went to england in 2015 and i was hooked instantly. the quality of the eyeshadows is unreal. they are very richly pigmented, creamy and blend super easily. despite that, the chocolate bar palettes smell unreal.
when too faced launches their peach collection i was obviously drawn towards the sweet peach palette and really wanted it to add in my collection even though i wasn’t too sure if the colour actually were for me. the palette comes with 18 eyeshadows. it comes in a metal case with a magnetic closure and a mirror. the packaging it not only vey sturdy bt really lasts. my chocolate bar palettes which come in a similar packaging and they look perfectly fine. the design is very peachy and looks so adorable. the shade range goes from very light peachy nudes and browns to blacks and purples and surprisingly, i have almost used every shade so far. just like the chocolate bar palettes this one also has a scent. it smells like peaches.
really thought i wouldn’t use it as much but i just adore it. obviously the quality is just what i expected from too faced but the colours just are surprisingly vesatile. i can create very simple looks with it but also create something more dramatic. its beautiful and the peachy tones are just perfect for summer. i haven’t tried anything else from the sweet peach range but i would love to. so if you have tried anything else, please let me know. i can highly recommend this palette, thats for sure.
