Sunday Mood #88
we are one week into 2018 and I have to say, I’m feeling this year. I feel very comfortable with myself, with my home, with whats coming up this year. it’s time to make changes that I need to make, to work on what I wanted to work on for a while and to focus on me and my goals as well as supporting everyone around me. I’m ready and even more ready to share my new content with you. I really, really want to make the most of my blog and my Instagram. I want to nails it and just improve on so many levels. there are so many trips planned already and at least three that might be happening too so I might turn into a temporary travel insta girl I hope that’s okay with you.
what I did
the past week was really a week to get back into the swing of things. after the blur that was Christmas and new years, I was ready to tackle real life again and get a normal sleeping pattern back. I cleaned the flat and put away the festive decor for the next Christmas and it is a bit sad but also so refreshing. I also got some new little bits for the flat to make it even prettier and I just feel so happy and content with our home at the moment and I can’t wait to switch it up even more. I also signed up for a new gym as my old one just closed one day without letting anyone know and I adore my new gym. its just so nice and I had such a great workout. after having a very productive and busy week, I went out on Saturday to celebrate my friends birthday and it was such a good night filled with laughter, Mykonos travel plans and wine tipsy talks.
what I didn’t do
I was productive however not when it comes to blogging and my online life. I tried typing up my 2017 roundup for days and it’s still not finished so let’s pray that I’ll get it up next week. it has been a bit tricky for me to get back into the blogging zone and because it has been so dark, taking pictures is pretty tricky.
what I ate
I’m fully back into my clean eating and I’m loving it. my skin really started to show all the sugar I have been consuming over Christmas and it really bothered me. sweet potatoes are my thing right now. baked on top of a salad or on their own, they are just so good and they were on offer in my grocery store. I got like 8 huge ones for 2€…what a deal.
what I want to do next week
I want to be just as productive but also focus a lot on my blog and channel. I want to really explore my new gym and maybe do some classes too. I would love to go for brunch and if none of my friends is up for it I will go by myself.
