London Beauty Haul
can there be a trip to London without some shopping? I don’t think so. so its only a natural thing to spend some money whilst being out there and that’s exactly what I did. I picked up more than just makeup and that’s featured on my youtube channel but for the blog, I figured it would be easier to just show you the makeup. when I first went to London after massively getting into youtube in 2015, I bought all the drugstore makeup in sight and it was glorious but I came to realize that I’m a highend girl.I love my expensive makeup and I love treating myself and because I’m a blogger, I do a lot more research on products and really only get what I feel like would work for me with a bit of drugstore thrown in the mix.

so the last thing I actually got was one of the most exciting things. it’s my first ever Jo Malone cologne and it was purchased in duty free so I got a few pounds off. it’s the smaller size and its the English Oak & Hazelnut. it’s just amazing. the scent is very woody and cool but also fresh and not really the most feminine scent which is what I prefer. many of my friends have been complementing me when I wore it and I can’t wait to add a new Jo Malone scent to my collection. they are so addictive.
so there are always a few brands that are very hard to me to get hold off. one of them has been it cosmetics but they now have a counter in Selfridges and I had to check it out as I wanted the Your Skin But Better CC+ for ages. I went for the shade light. The girl working at the counter was so helpful and lovely and the CC cream is amazing. it covers up redness and imperfections but still is very light on the skin despite having a very thick and almost creamy texture. I love it. to go with it I went with the Bye, Bye Undereye Concealer. I have been struggling with quite bad undereye circles and wanted something that truly covers them up. the lovely lady recommended the shade medium to cover up and not brighten and this concealer is unreal. I was so tired the past week but I looked fresh as a daisy because of that product. she also was kind enough to give me a sample of the concealer in the lightest shade.
so basically the theme of this haul is concealers because loads of work causes serious undereye circles. one I always get is the very much classic collection lasting perfection concealer. something I always want to have on the go. another concealer I got two of is the makeup revolution conceal & define concealer. its new and is basically a dupe of the tarte shape tape concealer. it comes in so many shades and I went with c3. this one is also very high coverage and looks so beautiful and bright.
so here’s everything I picked up in London when it comes to beauty. it’s not too much but I’m really happy with everything. have you tried any of those products? let me know.
