Sunday Mood #84
let’s get all the Christmas decor out of the basements and attics and coat our living spaces with it. ’tis the season, its December next week. how?! this year went by so quickly, I can’t believe it. now its time for my favourite and the most wonderful time of the year and I had this really warm feeling when I went through my horribly messy basement, which needs a sort out, to get my wreath for the front door, some more fairy lights and baubles. my mum sent me photos of her decking out the kitchen in my family home as she goes in on the decor and it just makes me so happy. I love family time and if Christmas in anything, it’s just that.
what I did
wow, I can’t believe again how busy this week was. I had a proper admin day on Monday and my best friend came round for brunch which turned out to be a whole day event and it was glorious. this week was basically all about our flat and work. we got a new couch, bought supplies to paint and redo the hallway, had our living room walls done and bought a new and beautiful coffee table. enough with the 12€ IKEA one that had seen better days. if I wasn’t doing things around the flat or carrying IKEA packaging to my flat or paint and supplies, I was working. money has to be earned to do these renovations and working for a company that mostly does home items doesn’t help at all.
what I didn’t do
filming which wi got really upset about because that means I have no video up this Sunday. it’s vlogmas next week but still. I hope I can get one up on Monday to make up for it but I really had no time.
what I ate
I just wish I could write about exciting things I eat but my diet is really not exciting at all. I made pancakes for brunch and I can say I really mastered the art of pancakes and I’m so proud of them.
what I want to do next week
I hope we can get the hallway done next week besides work and studying and decorating the flat all festive. I just can’t wait to start vlogmas and I hope you’ll enjoy it too. my mum and I will also do our annual Christmas decor shop and it will be so good.
one word to describe the past week
