a few posts bag, i proudly showed you the bits i picked up from nars because i was literally too excited for them and a lot of you wanted me to do a review on the concealer that i picked up. now, this one is really well known in the blogger world and a favorite of many beauty addicts, so i couldn’t wait to try it myself. my skin is really fair, so picked the lightest shade they have. it comes in a little tube which is my favorite kind of concealer packaging. i don’t like those little pots as i find them to be quite unhygienic. its super sleek and laid back as most nars products are packaged and i quite like that. it claims to instantly obscure imperfections, blur lines and wrinkles, hide dark circles and signs of fartigue. it also claims to keep the skin hydrated and smooth throughout the day for a visibly smooth, soft and more even toned skin. the coverage can be build up from medium to heavy coverage.
so i apply the concealer in a v shape under my eyes and down the bridge of my nose and blend it with my finger and yes, it hides my dark circles and makes my complexion look a lot smoother and lighter, i simply look more awake because its not only coverage, its some kind of highlight which i love and one layer gets me to the result i want. it is indeed super creamy and easy to blend and i feel like it picks up the light super lovely. the perfect thing to hide how tired i am sometimes and it doesn’t crease on me which is a huge plus. it basically stays put all day long.
for me its the best concealer i’ve tried so far, i love the thick but creamy consistency and the way it looks on my skin and its worth the price and the hype. have you tried it and if so, do you love it as much as i do?
